Thank you for visiting the Arlington County Fair website! The 2018 Arlington County Fair runs from August 15-19, 2018 at the Thomas Jefferson Community Center, 3501 Second Street South, 22204.
Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:
ADMISSION & COSTS: Admission to the Fair is FREE. Ticket prices are listed on our website and can be purchased at the Fair. All activities on our Indoor Stage, Outdoor Stage and Kids’ Court are free of charge as well.
COMPETITIVE EXHIBITS: The updated 2018 Guide is now available online! On-site registration will be held Wednesday, August 15, 4-8 p.m. and Thursday, August 16, 7:30-9:30 a.m. (perishable items only). For more information, visit theCompetitive Exhibits webpage.
DOGS PERMITTED? Yes, they are permitted on the outdoor fairgrounds with a leash. Only service animals are permitted on shuttles and indoors.
HOURS? Hours vary each day, as well as for our indoor and outdoor activities. You can find more information here.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: The printed program can be picked up at the Fair (near shuttle drop-off and information desk) and will be up on the website soon. A full schedule of events can be found here.
SHUTTLES & PARKING: Shuttles start running 30 minutes prior to opening hours each day and several ART/WMATA bus routes run nearby. Strollers are permitted on the shuttles, but you may need to fold them up due to limited space. There is no public parking at the Fair. More information can be found here.
VENDORS: Indoor vendor registration for the 2018 Fair has closed. Applications for the 2019 Arlington County Fair will be on our website here in early 2019.
VOLUNTEERS: Volunteer registration for the 2018 Fair has closed. Information on 2019 Volunteer registration will be available here in early 2019. No walk-up volunteers will be accepted.
