Founded in 1957, the Arlingtones Barbershop Chorus is the Arlington, VA chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS) which has 700 chapters in the US and Canada with combined membership of over 30,000.  The Arlingtones seek to preserve the art of 4-part a cappella music by offering performances in the barbershop style, and endeavor to further develop Arlington as a Community of Harmony through its performances and support of the musical life of the community.
